PWindows 10 – Windows 11 screens will look a little different.

  • First check if you have this shortcut on your desktop and open it, else continue below.

    • Double click the “File Explorer” folder icon located at the bottom of your desktop screen (graphic of a
      file folder). It will open the “File Explorer” window.

  • In the address bar, type \\printers. A list of all printers available will appear. Double click on the printer
    you wish to map.

  • The newly mapped printer will now be listed as an option for you to print to. You are done!
